Ryan Tyner has always been fascinated by the process of building and creating homes that are tailored to the personality and life stories of their owners. Working with some of the most respected firms across Arizona, Ryan was able to hone his skills and develop a reputation for premium craftsmanship, outstanding client experience, truly one-of-a-kind homes.
In 2018, Ryan teamed up with long-time friend and designer Joel Contreras to transform a former bodega into a modern home. With this, the fire for B. Wilde Builders was lit. Now, B. Wilde exists to build incredible homes that are tailored to the intricacies that make each person and project unique. For Ryan, home building is a passion, and he's grateful to be able to share that passion with others.

Ryans interest in the story behind what once stood as a grocery store and a staple of the community is foundational to the B. Wilde Builder's story. Originally built in 1943, the building represented a challenge that Ryan could not help but take on. What drew Ryan in was the story of the building and the people who once made it a community staple. He chose the path of great resistance and took on the task of transforming a crumbling candidate for tear-down into a revitalized neighborhood landmark. Reimagined in 2018, the home now serves to inspire the community and has attracted interesting projects and development to the community.
"A chance stop at a Phoenix grocery store checked off an unexpected item on Ryan Tyner’s (builder) shopping list."
